Hmmm.... just throwing the 1000 year reign out the window bothers me. I get the idea that it could be a figure of speech, but why not just say forever and ever. If it doesnt mean EXACTLY what it says, then why believe the parts that say Hell is forever, or that God is forever? Why not believe that the whole thing is an allegory or parable?
@nimrodicus420 How far can one go until you dont believe any of it? I have to lean toward the literalistic side, and say that EVERYTHING in the Bible is absolutely true, otherwise whats the point?
Let's apply your own criteria of literalism to a passage of the Bible. Mat 26:26 "While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, 'Take and eat; this is my body.'" Now according to your OWN criteria, you must believe "EXACTLY what it says." So do you believe that the bread is the literal body of Christ? By your own standards you should.
@Mkvine Lol that is a good response. To tell you the truth I am not sure what He meant exactly. I know He has used parables to get His point across, and some of the prophetic passages of the old testament seem to use a dream like imagery. Usually the text lets you know when It is being allegorical though, and doesnt in this case. I would go with a literal meaning before I believe that any passage can be read to be figurative though. Its the slippery slope argument I guess.
If therefore there is a first resurrection of the truly blessed righteous at the second coming of Christ there is also a second resurrection of "all" Rev. 20:12 after death is "finally defeated" I saw the dead small and great" at the end of the world. I want you to know, we agree on this; THERE IS NO WAY TO FIT A RAPTURE BETWEEN THE SAINTS MEETING JESUS IN THE AIR AND THAT WICKED "MAN OF SIN BEING CONSUMED AT HIS COMING, both occurring "same hour" but, 1000yr fig. 4 time of reign after rapture.
The problem with Catholics is that they pray to/contact the dead, like Mary. That is against the word, but they are correct about the false rapture theology.
Other than misrepresenting what Catholic theology is, you brought up a subject that has nothing to do with the video. I ask you, are people in heaven dead or alive?

It's true: end of the "world"is:
"after" Christ reigns
"after" Christ "put down" all rule, authority, and power,
upon his return saints shall judge the world, Devil/dragon bound for a"a time"
However, Christ does not reign "until" the kingdoms of this world become Christ's
and Devil bound Rev. 20:2
Therefore: "AS IN" Rev. Satan's kingdom is destroyed twice:
19:19-21 beast was "taken"
20:9-10 and fire came and devoured them
remember all not raised at Christ first coming: "first resurrection"
