It's not 'undetectable'. Even though MTA can't detect this automatically, server owners can make a script which records actions, watch the recording and see if suspected player reacted to objects which were behind walls. An example how somebody did that on doom: /watch?v=SjD3_bxFgHA

Well, anticheat is turned off, so that cheat is possible.

But remind that it is only for your server. I don't think it's possible on most other servers that don't accept cheats.
