why goto all that the simpliest way is to download a program called SIW (System Information for Windows)it will reveal all the passwords that are saved on a computer, i run it off a Flash drive, just that simple and keep a record thats printed out in a folder, good record keeping will keep you out of trouble

yes ophcrack will work for vista

1. download "ophcrack vista live cd"

2. burn the file onto a cd

3. boot the computer from that cd

4. ophcrack will crack and display the pass when its done

just google ophcrack and its the first link.

note: if you want to reset the password, not find out what it is, use trinity rescue kit.

its much faster and easier than ophcrack, but it resets the password, not crack it.

An easier way to do this is to use the control panel: go into accounts and settings (or whatever it's called on your machine, it should have something to do with accounts), then select a user account, and change that accounts password. It's much easier to do this way.
