You should do your research. The Crystals was a name Phil Spector used for several groups. This song was originally performed by Darlene Love. Sometimes She and her girl group were called the Bobbi Socks and the Blue Jeans. They did the back ups on famous songs like Monster Mash. She had to sue the shit out of Spector to get paid for years of work she did. Next week she is getting inducted into the Rock N' Roll hall of fame.
