darker colors are helpful so your teeth look whitier, i have this fuscia pink..and my next appointment is on April 9 2011...this virtual braces help for my second color bands... maybe i'll choose black with any color to suggest?

Getting braces isn't very painful until a couple of hours it disturbs you so much. It does hurt the second day but not that much but it does when you eat. Remember we all have differrent mouths,so that counts only on your mouth so also watch out with wat you at because i got a loose braket on tha last 6 days. -Cupp'Cakess'!

my ortho lets u get colors some dont according to the ortho and the type of braces.....so it all depends....but ask anyway, no harm in asking!

at my ortho they give me this thing with colors on it. it has a different color on each thing kind of like a key ring with keys but the keys are really a load of colors. a different color per thing.

@pokegold11 yeh gud i got red and white but the white ones at the back of my mouth have stained a bit and gone yellowy but u get them changed at every tightening so just try loads of colours until u find the right 1 ur gonna be in braces a long time so find a nice colour x

i have clear right now because my ortho said that i wasnt brushing well so the punishment is no color, which means clear bands. its cool in my opinion i love braces but i hate it when they are tightened cause i get really sore and i cant sleep!!!!!1
