I've played Counter Strike. You can't learn shit from that game in regards to calmly shooting people; that's called being god damn crazy.
I play Modern Warfare 2 (I know, burn the witch/noob etc) and that's more "realistic" than Counter Strike in regards to weapons, movement etc, but you still can't learn shit from it. I love sniping and using the shotgun; will I go around killing people for real? NO. Because that's horrible and wrong.

You do have to admit though, and any counter strike player would admit this too.
When you do play enough, you notices your reflexes get much better, you start to learn when to shoot, when to take cover, how to clear a room without getting shot etc.
But playing the game and going out and killing real people is completely different.
I play the fuck out of hitman, quake, doom, fallout, counterstrike, and i would never take another persons life, unless they were threatening mine.
