Tragically ironic then that Roughgarden -apparently living in a stupefied haze of denial preventing her from recognizing the Bible as the most enduring source of homophobia in the world today - insists on turning it into a vehicle for Christian apologetics.

Evolution's Rainbow did so well a job of articulating gender diversity to unshackle gender-stereotypical roles from years of predominantly uninformed and unconscious social and scientific precedent. Rather, I ponder the diversity of gender expression gifted to us by nature, my higher power. I am a fan of Joan Roughgarden!
