take a science class people... i made my own electrolysis vat when i was a kid,,, damn all you need is a dc current and a anode and cathode.... the thing is this is just stupid shit, someone makes one every year and is on the news and it always gets attention from the people who know nothing of chemistry and energy use

his invention works, but the PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT has no interest on things that won't earn them any PROFIT!Because US and other International oil companies have funds to halt the spread of this type of invention.
It would be a big help to the country's oil and economic crisis, but our government representatives are more concerned on their personal gains. I hope they suffer severely before they gasp for their last breath.

@streetxpert Don't believe it. If it worked somebody would have taken it forward... If you start with water, split it, burn it and end up with the exact same amount of water, where has the energy come from??? Basically he probably has it stacked with car batteries which discharge as the electrolysis kit uses energy, much more than the alternator is returning, there's you energy, then he has to re-charge the batteries, gives the impression that it works, but I promise you it doesn't!!!

what the fuck potang ina all of our invention like that is taken away,now Honda is claiming they are the first one we can`t use dingel`s technology because the water is free the goverment cannot corrupt by the way of tax it so disappointing that other country can use but the invention of us cannot be use by many filipinos

or maybe the RP govt found out that there's an inventor that already invented something like his before? that is, if there is one before him. otherwise, the govt should support something like this not for RP alone but for the sake of the world. especially the world is in great crisis nowadays.
