it's always management who decides who gets to enlist in the army...since it's mandatory for all korean men to do so.but i think SM is really planning carefully on how to go with it...just to make sure that whatever happens, SUPER JUNIOR will always be active!!!besides, ELF and SJ forever...it's not and "end", but an "and", right?!!! :')
