i agree about the excercise i got a little heavy (i ate more and was active less) i started noticing my chest turn into breast and i was embarrassed..so i started aerobics and during cardio anything ecercises that casused my boobos to shake. got a mini tampoline and did lots of jumping jack and if yoou like clubbing dancing is wonderful for toning.anyways cut sugar and food intake.drink lots water and you lose the boobs and get your chest back.that how i got mine back!!!
yeah krylonkid1 is right, that will make it worse. there is actually a very odd new study going in a few universities. i know this sounds strange, but it's true. if you take semen (presumably yours, but i guess anybody's would work) and inject it just underneath the skin (subcutaneous) it has been shown to reduce man boobs about 5% bi-weekly on average.
they have found it's related to the PSA found in it. they tried extracting that from semen first and injecting it without it. didn't work!
A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids' room, the father said,"Take the kids and get out of the house. Dont bench press or do any weights!!!! I did a lot and it only makes them worst. It makes them stick out more that was a bad mistake I did.
