As good a coach Cowher was, Chuck Noll was the greatest coach in Steelers history. After-all, it was Chuck Noll that rebuilt the Steelers in '69 and put them on the map in the 70's.....winning 209 games (including the playoffs) and 4 SB's in 6 years.

With the new season about to begin, it just doesn't seem the same. Much of the excitement is gone. Cowher's spirit is what Steelers football is all about. I'll give Tomlin my support, but it's not going to be the same. You'll always be welcomed back by the Steelers fans, Mr. Cowher, if you ever decide to come back. For now, we already miss you. In this day and age of me me me, Bill Cowher and the Pittsburg Steelers are a class act...the anti-Jerry Jones type. I can only hope that the next coach will carry on the Steeler tradition.
