Anyone over 30 knows that Taco Bell does NOT use the same recipe that it did in the 70's/80's. It was SO good back in the day. I worked there as a teen in 1989 and I remember they used to cook their groundbeef FRESH every few hours. They also fried their own corn tortillas. Then I noticed the real change around 93", they started using pre-packaged meat, the nacho cheese and sour cream was watered down. They got rid of blk olives etc.. It is now Taco HELL. What a shame it's turned to crap.
I am only 22 here, so I have never had the "original" taco bell food. But for what it is worth taco bell is still the best fast food place out there. At least in my opinion

i miss taco bell's food from those days...back when they used real beef, real beans (not fake instant crap), more than five strands of cheese per taco..and oh yeah, the dripping grease wasn't bad either....
