Socialist Globalists (Regressives) had to create this SCAM emergency before the people would accept Social-Fascist Corporatist SLAVERY & the redistribution of money & power FROM the People TO Global Bankers, the Corporations they own & the corrupt politicians & Special Interest Groups they control through contributions.
$Trillions will be redistributed for "Green" technologies and CO2 trading schemes PLUS all the political power to be concentrated in Global Govt & New Global Financial Order.

I find yaks post to be spot on!
The UN/IMF have been forcing counties to "privatize' their water and electricity for corporate profits for years now. Now that the "Dutch Text" has been leaked at Copenhagen, it's obvious what is going on; even to the "poor counties" who were showing up for the "free money".
The multi trillion dollar question" Who is behind all this agenda, waiting for the payoff?
The "treaty" reads like AGENDA21 and CODEX.
Uptake doesn't censor/spam, so who did?
