It is his fault. You can hear he gave the bike loads of gas in first gear, on presumable cold (new?) tyres at low speed.

Low speed = Low grip, as the faster you go the more grip you have.

Cold/new tyres = Not sticky, no grip

Big handful of throttle = Crash

Looks like the classic case of creating a slide by incorrectly applying the rear brake. And once in the slide if you let off the rear brake the rear wheel regains traction and presto you have a high side where the rider gets thrown over the bike. Obviously too much bike for this moron.
