I love yoghurt! Did the yoghurt starter work with coconut milk??? I love coconut milk, but it has no lactose for the starter to digest. That's the beauty of yoghurt, that the sugar is broken down by the lactose-bacilli, and you get that sour taste and nice consistency. But as I understood you hate milk.
I did some yoghurt in the slightly warm oven, turned off. I left it there for approx 20 h. It came out very good.
