The only thing I could say is that sometimes you cut notes off a bit too short when you breathe, otherwise this is a very delightful performance...I played it for my audition into my schools music program

I'm learning this right now! The beginning is the hardest part because of the difficult rhythms, after that it's just simple arpeggios and straight rhythms. I love this song! French compositions are the best.

Wow, your tone and control over your fingers is amazing. I'm playing this piece for a recital today (ha), and I'm really nervous about the Presto section and keeping a steady tempo.

Your video definitely helped me learn how the piano and flute parts match up. I had so much trouble with that during rehearsal. Thanks so much!

bookgekgom, its supppoosed to be quiet at the end. if you look at the sheet music that's what it indicates.

the only criticism i can make, being no where near as good as this, is that the piano is too loud sometimes and covers up the flute.

Not bad, but too much body movement, common when one is nervous. Too much body movement can distract from the music. Not the best acoustic sounding hall.

Very nice. The rhythmic flexibility is correct, well-balanced, and tasteful, and all too frequently absent in German or Anglo-Saxon interpretations of this quintessentially Latin piece.

I never heard him play this piece, but I had the fortune once to work with Patrick Gallois, and the memory of his phrasing has never left me.
