I think perhaps the lack of 'meet and greet' experiences, were due to corporate changes in the business, and maybe added complaints or quitting by already tired employees. Also, as CEC moved away from the style we see here, they did what they could to make as much money as possible, taking away more and more of a 'human factor', and adding greater consumerism. They want parents and kids to spend money, hour after hour, and care less about the warmth of a family feeling. :(

last time I watched this I got paid $35 for the day. I would get very hungry, and CEC has a policy to throw away extra pizza and requires employees to pay for discounted pizza and clock out if they want to eat. I think my manager was boning the high school girl employees while I was there too. Still, being the character is the best job there, other than manager who bones high school chicks.

The last time i remember seeing Chuck E was for the whole " free ticket's" thing where he would come out in a super hero costume and toss tickets into the air and kids would go and pick them up. But then we would just walk back behind the secret door and not come back out again. Its NOTHING like in this video sadly. Hopefully they will bring back the old concept of the "Meet and Greet" characters
