They may have been reported some time later and only two parts were left - perhaps due to an oversight. Unlikely to be deliberate when they have uploaded legit parts.

He's got his hand behind his back in an attempt to cover it up. It's a weakness. You'll also see him gripping that hand with the other to hold it still. It's all the things Hitler was rumored to do. He also never showed his teeth when he smiled due to extensive dental work. The teeth was supposedly how his skull was identified.

@IceEyedBlackWolf Hitler's arm was injured in the attempted assassination of July 1944. In case you're not familiar a bomb was planted beneath the table of Hitler's map room by Col. Claus von Stauffenberg. The bomb went off and most of the room's occupants were killed. Hitler survived because the bomb had been moved away and the table shielded him. He never recovered the full use of his arm and had the noticeable tremor until his death.

@IceEyedBlackWolf Hitler suffered many injuries throughout his life. He was a soldier in the WWI and I think he got injured there, that's the reason his hand is shaking, but he is hiding it. He had other numerous diseases and injuries. One of them is that one of his leg wasn't in such a good condition, he was half deaf, and a couple of more things.
