    The comic book is Daughters of the Dragon. The character is a private detective with a bionic arm named Misty Knight. She rolled with Luke Cage and Iron Fist and her sidekick used to be Colleen Wing, but she branched out on her own now. Now Misty's leading her own team in the book Heroes For Hire, but I don't think it's doing too well. :( She's a great character nevertheless! You'll find some fan vids on her around here.
