Terrific sample of Bill's great music. Was this recorded in June '08? Saw him in Newport in August '08 with Tony Scherr on bass and Joey Baron on drums, superb!

Cool looking website link with lots of pictures of great musicians I know, but I couldn't read a word of it. Thanks for this post. Frisell live is one of my favorite things in the world. Love Rudy Royston on drums. Ron Miles has such a great sound and Tony is just a great player.
Bill's music sounds like music I'd dream before I ever heard him...he's such an incredible blend of influences and still taking them in constantly.

1.11 Keep Your Eyes Open (from Nashville 1997)
6.59 Sounds like "Monroe" from Good Dog, Happy Man, which then veers off into something else... it's Bill Frisell after all :-) At least that's what I think I'm hearing..
