take the 8.3 liter motor from the viper and it would get beat by all. it is one of the largest car engines in the world and makes only 500hp. when that engine makes 750hp from the factory that will be impressive.
for those bashing on the viper .. yea its not as bad as the sl65 its still a bad ass ride .. i would trade my g35 anyday for it .. it has a 500hp v10 for under 100K .. can beat that .. but the SL .. wow .. that is an amazing machine ..

Yes 500bhp does not sound much for 8.3 litres but bigger engines means less stress on the engines and generally more reliable.
