sir im a call center agent from the philippines. basically, in this line of work english language is our mode of communication to serve our customers. I am just wondering because I know i can speak, write, read, and able to comprehend english but i am doubting my self because i really have a Filipino accent and sometimes my customers can barely understand me because of this very thick accent. any suggestion?

Thanks, but when you do the test, just be yourself. Speak at your normal speed, and remember that when we speak we use a less formal way of communicating than we do in writing. The main thing is to relax and answer the questions. Be chatty. Enjoy the test - you're paying for it!!!
