The 2 mile is just a matter of training, and going to the meets. I started my career at a 10:34, but after i started to hammer down in my training, i started to pull off 9:50's. (9:53) (9:51) Freshmen in High school BTW....

German and Rupp are the best but Craig Lutz (Texas) won the XC regional meet in Lubbock with a 15:00 and he went to state in track as a freshman. hes a sophomore in highschool right now. if Lutz stays healthy then he should be the best distance runner like ever
