Im trying to remember the program, but one way the voice effect thing was able to be done was type the words in a box and the computer repeated them. You had to mis-spell and re-arrange words so they sounded correct sometimes. I had the program on my computer in high school in 1995, so its been a while. The general name for it is a vocoder. You can get this voice and many others from it.
