not really,

rockstar has released games that have the same graphics engine as their PS2 games (GTA:SA, GTA:VS)

to the psp, sure these games lag a lil bit, but they work phenomelly good...

scarface on the PS2 has lower graphical detail than GTA:VC (if you look at them side by side its quite obvious)

so porting this game from the PS2 to the PSP was possible...

its just that the people who made this game were too lazy to do so,

so they made a game in 2 days

and called it scarface PSP
