Boiled frogs refers to being stuck in a job where, even if you don't like it, after long enough you'll live with it. Boiled frogs originally comes from actually boiling frogs...apparently if you just throw a live frog into a pot of boiling water, he will jump out. But if you put him in warm water and then slowly bring up the heat...he will actually die in there, or something like that.

okay, so the title. pretty sure it[the song]'s related to George's dad losing his job after working there most of his life...or a large enough portion that rendered him essentially useless elsewhere. "What happens when you boil a frog? It doesn't even realize it's dying." is kind of a summary of the concept. Look up the lyrics to this song and you'll see there's way more to this than just another "screamo" band.
