but these people are already in ok shape i wanna see u get some 200-400 pound people commit like this. neways is interval training on a stationary bike better to lose weight because ive tried to sit on a bike for hours on end and my but was numb. what i do is for 30 secs go at a 40%effort and the next 30secs go at it 100% i do this for 15 mins straight switching back and forth and do it 3 times a day
