While i admit the video does look really kewl, there are a few obvious points here that everyone seems to be missing.

1) that train is not "speeding", it is moving slow

2) it happened so fast, the conductor didnt even see him comming, and thus never hit the brakes or caused any disturbance whatsoever.

3) the only reason the security footage was pulled, was because of dumbass passengers panicking

he shouldnt have been arrested.
