  • I've had to watch about five videos on cooking garlic before i found yours... the only one who actually taught me how to cook garlic. Thank you Mary, i bet you are an amazing cook~

  • The way I saute garlic has changed over the last thirty years. I find that when I cook it longer over a lower flame and it gets that translucent, creamy beige color it never repeats on me or anybody that I cook for. If I so much as brown the edges, I will throw it out and start again.

  • Thanks for the tips, they were very straightforward

  • I love you Mary :)

  • thanks! i'm about to saute my first fresh garlic ever

  • thank you

  • Oh so much innuendo, so many double entendres... I feel so dirty now, but hungry also!! Oh conundrum, let me be!!

You can saute my head, nice and slow, from the tip to the bottom, in your simmering moist frying pan that is waiting to caress exotically, and not treat harshly, my tender, unsheathed clove of lusciousness that would await your desirable palette....

And on top of it all, you made a video about exactly what I was looking for. Indeed, it is fate ;)

    Sry to hijack :)) I'm a cad.. :(

  • You are so welcome, check out my other webisodes from Europe!

    Happy Cooking!
