Cutting off foreign aid wouldn't save us a lot, but it's something that should be easy to do, just like ending the policy of having a plethora of troops in rich, European countries that can defend themselves. I appreciate what we try to do to protect and assist downtrodden people in poor nations but we can't be earth's police force.
