Well done, though you should go for more ground takedowns to get insanely good scores; you get 100 points multiplied by your combocounter each time. An easy way to rack them up is to firstly get a high combo, and then use the battclaw and vault over the thugs to push them down to the ground and open for the takedowns.

This is beautiful. You're really good! It's too bad so many people have somehow figured out how to complete predator challenges in 0,00 seconds and score several million or billion points in combat challenges now. The numbers are so large, you can't see the end of them... Damn cheaters. I've scored near 40 000 in this particular combat challenge, but I don't even think I'm in the top five thousand. Oh well, it's just for fun =)

In this instance, he's using the unlockable takedown move from story mode. It's unblockable and other enemies can't interfere. If you're not in range of someone already, Batman will hop a fair distance to reach the nearest target. He'll hop more than once if he doesn't reach the enemy. It's automatic, though - you can't change direction once it's started.

You do have 1 second to choose your next attack before your combo breaks, though, assuming you don't fail for other reasons first.

Haha, I'm the exact opposite. I suck at the predator ones, but I have 3 medals on quite a few of the combat ones (having trouble getting 3 on Rumble in the Jungle Extreme =/).

Biggest problem on RiJ extreme? When I do awesome and get perfect freeflow on the first round (easily like 11k) I end up DYING on titans =(

@Quiltfish The trick to the combat challenges in Arkham Asylum is simple. Try to get the longest combo possible of 15 or more moves without stopping. Also go for the variation bonus of using all of Batmans moves [ Strike, Counter, Cape Stun, Jump over head and strike [like you would a henchman with a stun baton] Combo Throw, Combo Takedown, Ground Takedown, Batarang, and Batclaw.

This is 4 rounds. All of them are, except for the Insane Knight DLC. That one is infinite and has lunatics, which makes it really hard because you have to do a ground pound or they won't go down. They hop over you if you try instant takedown.

@octi911 I did the whole game on Hard the first time too. Unfortunately (for you), I hadn't used all the Health Upgrades yet (I had two left - it felt more Realistic that way) and used it on the Titans before the Joker, and one on the Joker himself. It was a Lifesaver!

its actually not that hard, first of all u should beat the game first and there are some specific upgrades u need. Such as the ability to use that frequency gadget to use it at longer range. There is also this map that is hidden and when u find it, it tells u whre all the riddles and trophies are (not the teeth).

very nice work on getting flawless freeflow bonus on ever round, thats a very difficult thing to do even on the beggining challenges, the only thing i noticed was that you didnt do any ground takedowns, that could've given you more points but probably not flawless freeflow judging by the risk of going for a ground takedown.

Ground Takedowns aren't as risky if you use the throw move to toss one minion into the middle of nowhere, or use the Ultra Claw to pull down the last 3 guys (then pounce them all)
