I love Mark. But WHAT does wearing a helmet have to do with paying taxes? Ive heard him say that several times...I just dont get it? I KNOW you HAVE TO HAVE over 10,000.00 worth of medical insurance to get the waiver to not wear one...And if ya got insurance you MUST work ... so what is the joke? Stupid yes....tax evaders....I dont think thats right.
