@pascalbejean Hah well I didn't get to do that but I sang in the Moonlight in Vermont! (just kidding, never been to Vermont) I'm glad I'm not alone though. I owe a good bit of the exposure to my grandmother anyway.
@Thermionman1970 I'm sorry I never replied to this, I must have missed it! But very belatedly, thank you! I wish I had a nice mic to sing into as well, but alas vintage is far too expensive. Thanks for the comment.
@Arionlappy I am going to learn this song, you have inspired me , just got a ukelele. I am kind of tired of rock music and really like the older music now.
@Thermionman1970 That's awesome! I'm teaching myself the ukulele also. I've also had to branch out in my musical tastes so things don't get stale, but I've always been an oldies baby. Can't wait to see what you come up with!
Notice how my voice is tailored for big band music WAAAAY more than the other stuff I try to sing ...or the contemporary Christian tunes I'm in school to sing? ;-)
Happy to see youngsters know and like this immense recording. one of my top ten references. thanks

@pascalbejean I'm afraid sometimes I feel like I'm the only one. But thanks!

@Arionlappy you are not. I was the same 20 years ago! I discoverd these LPs when I was 19! and sang my heart out in the streets of Paris (in April)

That is beautiful! It would be great to see you singing this into a 1930's microphone in black and white film!

LOOK AT MY COMMENT.
ISN'T IT LOVELY?
How come no one is dressed up like a man?
Would this really be considered big band music or jazz... seen mostly in smoker's lounges?
You sound lovely (almost as lovely as my comment), but ~it's time to invest in a better microphone that doesn't buzz at me.~

Comment is lovely.
*sigh* Ya know in the other video I wasn't dressed like a man either, it was just a sweater.
It would be if it had a trumpet...
Thank you, and yes, yes it is. I'm really considering it...

You sound really pretty, Ari. :D
I like the part when your voice gets high, and the harmonies were very nice, too.
