  • Rick Ross the baws

  • this beard is cool... plz stay like this to NBA

  • But if you look closely you can see he traveled..

  • That's cool but he was bouncing the weights a lil too much towards the end? that's not good. Good to see a weight workout of him though.

  • those teeth are white!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • DAMMNNN! Lebron grunts like a MONSTER!!!!!

  • tobad basketball sucks and wont be played next year

  • @popper504 too bad ur momm sucks n is played every night

  • we dont care if u can lift heavier. the real question to test yourself is. can u lift heavier with good form. and why dont u challenge urself and make new prs rather than put people down

  • and so what if you can lift heavier? LMAO! these are basketball players not body builders!!

  • Go LBJ part of the three best players in the world!!!

  • 55 lbs is written on the dumbbell if you pause at the right time... or 25 kg.

  • prolly cuz his $ but he still ugly

  • To the people saying "I'm stronger than him...", you guys are honestly f*cking idiots. He's most likely not throwing up that big time weight that you can because he's in the middle of some crazy non-stop, super setting workout that you would be puking halfway through. This guy is an absolute animal. He's training to be an ATHLETE, not an average 5'8 joe-shmoe meathead that goes to the gym to sit down and throw up 225 on the bench press as many times as they can.

  • he's ugly

  • @MIKERUF21 but he gets more bitches than you.

  • lebron traveled

  • @626SupremeLogic lebron didnt travel.. u just got a lazy eye

  • @AdR1aN43 i know..it sucks

  • yah its funny...people that are saying that he should be bigger..and they can lift heavier...try being 6'8 and having way longer limbs..not midget limbs where its way easier to lift heavy...cause you dont have a long ways to go..and also, as an nba player you want to be just strong..if you have more muscle it takes way more oxygen...and when you run the court for 40 plus mins you will get gased if your a bodybuilder

  • @xXfedoristhebestXx not to mention bodybuilders are slow as fuck

  • he is 260 pounds of muscle

  • Hes probably pretty far into his workout by now. If he trained for strength, he would be strong

  • These are athletes, not body builders. Stop saying ooohhhh i can lift heavier, but can u do windmill dunks?? People are so dumb

  • @rki1530 and considering that he is a basketball player, 55 pounds on either side is impressive.

  • @rki1530 i agree with u one hundred percent!

  • @rki1530 I can lift HEAVIER (jokin') xD

    You're so right!

  • @rki1530 Thank you for understanding this. That's what our strength coach tells us. Do the lifts to maximize your ability for your sport with proper technique and get stronger

  • @rki1530 I agree but he is going to blow out a shoulder if he keeps lifting like that, if your going to lift , lift right bodybuilder or not form is key.

  • @rki1530 training for athleticism>training to lift heavy and be big

  • @rki1530 LOL.... not many bobybuilders can dunk while having their head about the rim

  • @rki1530 more likes that the video

  • why would he record this?

  • @younothatimhot bcause he is the king, lord saviour......jj:)

  • 25th! I destroyed kobe

  • i mean 55's that's not that strong for a professional athlete. I am in high school and that's not even big weight for us its usually a warm up set lol

  • @meowmixmeowmix23 yeah, so I'm sure you must be stronger than LeBron........ He doesn't train to for strength and to be some stiff neck loser that can't touch his back. HE IS AN ATHLETE and trains for real not just to LOOK big like half these idiots talking sh!t on here

  • @F211S Yeah i agree we all train for different reasons. I train for throwing shot put and discus so i usually work high weight low reps. I am probably stronger but hes more athletic then i could ever dream of being.

  • crap, I can only do 35s

  • lebron is pretty big n bulky

  • @idiforddiesel thats what she said ! lol....

  • what are those 45s?

  • @cRispYnUtZ13 55's

  • press 7

  • pause at :17. LMAO, look at Lebron, it looks like he is turning into a werewolf.

  • @ daylight thats cool bro but neither bron or me r power lifters we going for a ripped bod not huge n bulky

  • @westplayer03 LeBron is bulky, ripped, & huge. I think LeBron is bigger than Karl Malone when he was at his peak in Utah. And LeBron moves a lot better on the court than Karl Malone. LeBron and Dwight Howard are physical freaks of nature in that they look like bodybuilders. And yet, they're also gifted athletically. Personality wise, I think LeBron's an egomaniac. But when you're as good as LeBron is. I guess you can afford to be one.

  • @HarveyRex23 lol i dont think bron looks like a body builfer my friend maybe howard yes but bron no way, i do agree with u that his a beast tho

  • @westplayer03 what type of workout or reps do i have to do to get a riiped bod?(no homo)

  • @2yung4grey 1st of all bro u have to be eating clean meals, and be eating throughout the day, i eat 6-7 meals during the day and small snacks in between, im trying to gain a lil more weight. Also hit abs like u would every other muscle!! thats very important. DO ABS FIRST, TRUST ME U WILL C THE DIFFERENCE ,

anything else message me back for some exercises i do and do work

  • @westplayer03 so u saying do abs first before working out everyday. I heard its best to do it 3X then rest those muscles. What type of workouts (the most effective one)can i do to get strong legs.(dunking)

  • @2yung4grey i work abs 3-4 times a week basically every other day or sumtimes 2 days in a row... best workout for legs is the squats bro... for dunking i would recommend just going out on the court and actually just do jumping exercises as that will get ur twitch muscles working

  • @westplayer03 squats are good but if done with light weight if your gonna be loading the bar when your squatting your vertical will get worse, trust me

  • @idiforddiesel this is bullshit. My vertical jump increased by 6-7 inches ever since i started adding weight to my squat. I could do 350lbs when i was weighing 150lbs. Watch all the professional football players and sprinters. They all use alot of weight on their squats and almost all of them can jump high and are really fast

  • @boxingvids91 well thats you but im currently squatting 315lbs and i weigh between 155 and 160, and i remember that when i was lighter lets say 140lbs that i can touch the rim in school, now that i have gained weight and squat more i aint even close to touching the rim, maybe your right maybe it has nothing to do with my squat, and its just me putting on bulk/weight.

  • @idiforddiesel It has nothing to do with squat, and very little to do with weight. its all about your fast twitch muscle fibers, which make you explosive. I can squat 315, I weigh 250lbs, and i'm 6'2. But I can still dunk. Not trollin i legit dunk.

  • @collinmcguire65 you have very weak legs. jumping high is overrated measure of strength because it is cheated by height, length of Achilles and other tricks or techniques

  • @collinmcguire65

not true on either accounts. You can dunk on maybe a 9 foot rim. Plyometrics combined with squat & your weight are how i help get my clients to be able to reach their maximum vertical. I'm a college scout who doubles as a personal trainer. Here, quick question to tell if you have any knowledge. In what order do you do these exercises 1. lats 2. db flies 3. power cleans 4. snatches. 5. dead lift. prove your knowledge

  • @crawdaddycon1990

I'm actually curious to know the answer to that question lol. And would you actually do all of those lifts on the same day??

  • @crawdaddycon1990 If I actually filmed me playing basketball I'd show you I can dunk on 10 ft. I've dunked on school/gym rims, playground rims, and neighborhood rims. I'm not bragging I'm just proving that it doesn't matter about squats/weight it's all fast twitch muscle. How do you think you get those crazy DE athletes in the NFL? But as for the exercise question, I've always been trained to work from the inside out (say core to bi's/tri's/calfs/etc)

  • But I would start with deadlifts to activate the glutes/core/lower back. Then hit the cleans and snatches. From my experience hitting cleans and snatches right away doesn't allow me to hit a higher PR

  • @idiforddiesel yea ive heard

  • @2yung4grey 6 to 12 reps/ go to failure. look up routines there is lots of stuff u can do n u cnt do em all

  • @AdR1aN43 6 to 12 reps/ go to failure, thats the name of the website or article?

  • @2yung4grey no need to workout, just take some of dat dere cell-tech

  • @2yung4grey has nothing to do with that. you can be ripped as long as your body fat is low man. high and low reps is a matter of strength vs endurance, size will come regardless for the most part. i can tell you haven't done ANY research (sorry but being brutally honest is the only way to help).

  • @jonnieos well, guru give me some pointers. im 6feet and way 225. trying to get down to 200 and have a lean body. Basically strong upperbody(abs) and powerful legs. im doing cardio+abs one week then weights+cardio another week. Rotating every week doing different types.

  • @2yung4grey *weight*225

  • smallbod

  • @daylight0912 ur probably fat dude, shut ur mouth he a strong dude

  • @westplayer03 Check my profile video, that was a year ago. Imagine how much bigger I've gotten. 178 lbs, bench max 285, squat max 305, dead lift max 415. And I'm only a hundred and seventy-eight pounds.
