i have been thinking about these macaroons for days. i'm gonna get the stuff to make them tomorrow. they have been calling my name since i first saw this video.
I wonder if you can substitue liquid splenda (or equivilant) and a non flavored gelatin for the honey in this recipe and make it suitable for those who are diabetic or on a sugar-free/low carb diet.
I am a firm believer in eating only whole natural foods. You could substitute Splenda, I do not know what the ratios would be. Have fun and experiment.
