@kevin122780 same as if you lose the keys, you still need the fob to start the car, just like you need your keys to start your car....

@davidbherzfeld yeah thats true BUT if you lose a key,you call a locksmith and get a key cut(100 max) if this thing shorts out you have to tow it,have the tech to check it (70-150 a hour) and then maybe replace it...

The whole locking/unlocking thing seems a bit fragile. Like you'd have to walk around the car to get it to unlock, which kind of defeats the purpose of the whole thing saving time.

i would be to paranoid using this thing, i'd be always wondering if my car is REALLY locked, and if my key thing didn't run outta batteries of something. but it's sick. personally i would just use a good old key technique lmao, prolly only waste like 1-2 seconds twisting the key to enter, and spare myself the paranoia.

The car featured in this video is a toyota supra, an older japanese sports car. WAYYY before lexus brought out this push button key fob feature. You can install this feature in ANY car. It requires wiring, a module, the key fob itself, the push button of course and someone to install it. Lots of the new technology in cars today are soo easy to install, its basically wires.
