I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

Very disturbing to see a video with a claim like this. There are approx 3500 calories in One Pound of bodyweight.. Jogging will burn approx 500 calories per hour for the average person. So do the math ! You would have to jog for 7hrs to lose 1 lb of bodyweight per day. Does this sound resonable to you ? It shouldnt ! If you experience a lb of weight loss in 1 day, I can guarantee you that it is mostly water weight.
