  • I wish this videos on losing weight would get to the point and not all the other nonsense.

  • I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.

    HOW TO LOSE FAT

    1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).

    2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

    3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

    4) Perform high intensity interval training.

  • @missjoanna95 it's easy.don't eat to much.listen to your body and after food you're supposed to feel happy and full of energy if you feel heavy then you overeat.

    2)excersise like 1or 2 hours a day if possible.i'm 14 years old and i lost 10 pounds.now i'm so happy with my body and i love myself!

  • dude just wear a sauna suit 3 hoodies a cap and 2 pairs of sweat pants and just run a mile I promise you u will lose 8-10 pounds its just water weight but you can keep it off in a day

  • Honestly, it's all about proportion and weight distribution. Not that I am thin, but I always look 30 lbs smaller than my actual weight, and I know many people that do. For example, women with hourglass figures have evenly distributed weight, and may not look chubby at 150 or 160 whereas someone that is top heavy or bottom heavy may. Remember the numbers are based on non ethnic women often.

  • Very disturbing to see a video with a claim like this. There are approx 3500 calories in One Pound of bodyweight.. Jogging will burn approx 500 calories per hour for the average person. So do the math ! You would have to jog for 7hrs to lose 1 lb of bodyweight per day. Does this sound resonable to you ? It shouldnt ! If you experience a lb of weight loss in 1 day, I can guarantee you that it is mostly water weight.

  • When you see people in like books and magazines talkin about diets they make it seems so easy to do ,but in reality its not.

    Was there ever a time you felt low, gave up on your diet some?

    Also, What is your opinion on girls up to 700 pounds exploiting thereselves. Making sex tapes and basically saying its okay to be that big when its obviously very unheathly.
