for the tom/double bass beat starting at 2:00, what are you doing with your hands? are they going exactly with the double bass and your accenting on that mid tom?

@grevervakten I'm doing triplets with the bass, accenting every quarter note, first accent is right on the crash, second is the left on the mid tom, third accent is both hands on snare and low tom, and fourth accent is on the high tom again. rinse, repeat.

Hey, do you know what time signature this is in? I've been trying to cover it recently, but I get messed up after the snare solo since I can;t find the "1" best. Awesome cover too.

@cheezit99 most of the song is in 4/4 with a triplet feel throughout, but at 1:35, theres a bar of 7/8, then a bar of 2/4 (they cut in on the 3 & 4, of the whole riff) for the transfer to work out. That's technically what happens, but I don't really count it, I just play with the guitar hits.

Then at 2:01 with the snare bit is a bar of 6/4 that exits into the chuggin tom part.

Again I don't really count it, I just play the with the guitar and adapt to the obvious change to the next riff.

@grevervakten Yup thats what im doing. Kicks are constant. The hands have a triplet feel, accenting the first of every triplet with a tom or cymbal. Just replay it a bunch, its all there.

Well its an old Tama swingstar kit, 12", 13", 16" toms, the 13" and 16" are the floor, then i acquired that high tom and worked it into the set. It is an 8" Linko Tom. Course if I had money, my preferred setup would be 10", 12" 16" 18"
