Eric- I love that you are an avid Saw fan. For me, it will be interesting to see how far they will take the Saw movies. Truthfully, I lost the story line after Saw 5. However, I'll still see the other Saw movies as they continue to make them. Haha.

Amanda feels guilty in the involvement of Jill's miscarriage and attempts to kill Jill to get over the guilt.
Amanda makes the two surviving female co-workers (that worked for William) play another game.
I think that would be some good ideas to see in the film.
anyway so far more Saw's is a promising aspect as Hoffman's reaction to being put into the reverse bear trap 2.0 will be interesting along with wether or not he will be a worthy heir to jigsaw's legacy and most importantly the reveled fate of Dr. Gordon

I am extremely excited about the continuation of the franchise, fact of the matter is that despite what most people i speak to say about this, i find the story of Saw compelling and exploratory of the human condition, Jigsaw and the idea behind him is really quite good. I would go so far as to call him the best Horror villain in history.
I say best of luck to the franchise and I hope it continues for a long time to come. Hell, even Mr. Voorhees has had ~12 films and he is completely senseless.

3rd. : the SAW series is probably the only good horror/thriller movies made in the 21st century so far. The films have complex but very interesting storyline, and theories about morale, justice, punishment and corruption.
I think it makes sense that they have a Saw VII after how Saw VI ended. It will answer more questions (especially to the part of when Jill Tuck dropped off the huge envelope to St. Eustace hospital). Who was watching her from that camera? Dr. Gordon maybe? Saw VII may answer that and if not then either Saw VIII or Saw IX will.
I love the SAW movies, but right about now, they should wrap it up with Part 8. The story is on it's climax now after part 6 and it's time to have a stunning and final conclusion.

Yes we want more Saw movies, more creative torture traps and more twisted ethics from John Kramer. But what we want most from the Saw series is the quality of the jigsaw puzzle, a good conclusion, one that only the reappearance of Dr Gordon can bring to the fans.

I think it makes sense that they have a Saw VII after how Saw VI ended. It will answer more questions (especially to the part of when Jill Tuck dropped off the huge envelope to St. Eustace hospital). Who was watching her from that camera? Dr. Gordon maybe? Saw VII may answer that and if not then either Saw VIII or Saw IX will.
