Not everyone is welcome to change--if they had never known political freedom, they may not see the value of it. After all, what matters most to them is their own work and home life. I think as long as NK continues to perform like this, spending so much resources on stuff like this for their leaders, the rest of the world should withhold the billions of dollars in aide they give to North Korea. Because in the end, this is (partially) where our funds (aide) are going. Not to feed starving children, but to entertain their leaders (not to mention the making of weapons and supplying the Army).

If they make a mistake front of their "GREAT LEADER" they are send to concentration camp for political presioners. Did food rations and your potential future life at concentration camp depend on high school and college band practices and mistakes here and there?
