With a .38 coefficient of drag, a weight of 3,450 pounds, plus a 180 pound driver, plus a few gallons of fuel, it'd take only roughly 500 RWHP to hit 200 MPH. My decently educated guess for top speed would be around 225-230 MPH. I don't see it pushing past that, though.
