  • ctrl+c isn't killing the process, even closing terminal windows, Just tryed it. TRy to understand how to cancel it in case I need need it, anyway thank a lot for this trick.

    sudo killall shutdown

  • Or you can shutdown 60 -h shutsdown computer after 60 mins then halts! aka power off. If your into the terminal I highly suggest Linux! later on
