Everyone is obviously having SOOO much FUN!!! Even the guys (who can't quite get the moves right -- perhaps needed more time to catch up?) look like they're having FUN!!! And I guess that's the message: be joyful and get out there & MOVE (use it or lose it, huh?) The music & all those happy faces make me want to join in - I can't help but SMILE and tap my toes!!!.

This is GREAT!! I'm a Jazzercise instructor that got my start at a workshop in KC, MO (I'm from STL - GO HEARTLAND DISTRICT). I'm now in CT & still teaching! My mom battled breast cancer for 17 yrs & she did Jazzercise for about 4 of those yrs. She said it was important because it kept her going spiritually & emotionally as well as physically during those tough times. It's important for me, too, for all those same reasons. If you haven't tried Jazzercise, you SHOULD! I <3 JAZZERCISE!!

This video was awesome! I'm a Jazzercise instructor/owner in Spring Hill, FL, and we did a Back in the Swing fundraiser and raised $900! You really showed how much fun Jazzercise is, and how important it is for survivors and everyone else, too.
