FACT: College graduates don't make more money than non-graduates, that depends on experience. The old guy is wrong, graduating from college doesn't mean you will make a better salary than someone who didn't go to college cuz by the time the graduate finishes school, the non-graduate would had already advanced to a higher level in the working field than a college graduate.
