In the third book Edward thinks it's because werewolves don't make decisions. They act on impulse. They don't think it through. Alices visions rely soley on desicions. Her visions are subjective. And some was taking about chromosomes? They don't bring that up till the 4th book before renesmes birth but that could have something to do with it. Werewolves have more chromosomes than vampires and renesme was in the middle. But I think remember alice being able tonsed her right? I dont know haha

besides lets remember that vampires have 2 more cromosomes than humans and the werewolfshave only 1 more than hhumans... so lets remember that in breaking dawn renesme had the same efect on aliceso lets supose that for being half human/half vampire she could probably have the same number of cromosomes that the werewolfs so it could be another factor for them to mess alice´s hability up

well in the book they say it is because they are always changing from human to wolf so she can't see their future...
also becuase they are wolves... and since alice has never been one she can't see their future... she can see bella becuase she was a human, she can she vampires because she is one. in breaking dawn she can't see renesmee because she is half vampire half human.. also somthing Alice has never been.

Her visions are subjective.
So i am not surprised that she can't see the pack.
If you think about it, that would ruin a lot of the book. At all times, she could see their path. Maybe the pack was created long ago, knowing that someone would one day be able to see the future. So they made themselves incapable of being seen.

carlilse's(bad spelling) theory is that because they can't pedect when there are going to phase so u can't tell there future but in breaking dawn(hope you ready) she can't read renesmee's head so the ral reason is alice has not been a werewolf and has never been a half human half vampire so she has only been human and vampire she can't read the future if she has never been a serten speise(again bad spelling)

In the third book Edward thinks it's because werewolves don't make decisions. They act on impulse. They don't think it through. Alices visions rely soley on desicions. Her visions are subjective. And some was taking about chromosomes? They don't bring that up till the 4th book before renesmes birth but that could have something to do with it. Werewolves have more chromosomes than vampires and renesme was in the middle. But I think remember alice being able tonsed her right? I dont know haha

Alice can see humans with only little difficulty, because she was one, she can see vampires because she is one, but she can't see the wolves (shapeshifters) becaues she isn't/never was one, plus Vampires and Werewolves are enemies. =)

shes sees people with experience, she was a human so she can predict humans. she is a vampire so she can predict vampires. but she was never a half breed so she cant see them. or because werewolves are vampires mortal enemy or something. then again edward can read their minds, which i dont think is fair because alice is waaaaay better then edward in my opinion

In Breaking Dawn on page: 382, Alice says "I see vampires best, because I am one; I see humans okay, because I was one. But I can't experience those odd half-breeds at all because it's nothing I've experienced." So that's why I think she can only see the what she's been.

the whole being a werewolf thing can't be the reason Alice can't see them because she also can't see Renesmee. i think it has to do with more of being a hybrid than anything. i think it even kinda explains that in the books... that Alice can see vampires best because she is one, humans because she has been one, but werewolves and other hybrids because she can't relate to them at all and thus can't see them.
