Jim Boz dancing

No matter how masculine they think they are male belly dancers are gay and feminine. This kind of dancing was meant for women only. Don't take me wrong I am gay and I cannot understand how a male belly dancer can pretend to be either masculine or straight.

Actually belly dance as an art form includes both the male and the female (for various historical and social reasons which I don't have quite the room to put but even a simple google search would do you a service!) Also, to define something as masculine and feminine based on your sex overlooks gender completely. Although, I suppose you are also someone who disagrees with Kabuki theater for example!

Personally I think that he is so wonderful!

I had figured that if you were interested in something you would like to know that there's a historical, valid reason for it. My opinion about male belly dancing notwithstanding it does have a place in the factual history of dance. I was actually interested in your opinion but I guess having a discussion on youtube is just asking too much of some people.

He dances like a woman and he is very feminine in spite of all the muscles. Please leave it alone. You are not going to change my mind and I am not here to make a difference in your opinion.

I have to agree. The only male dancer I appreciate watching perform is Tito of Egypt. Maybe because it is his culture, his dancing is masculine. Just my opinion.

I love him. He is my all tiime favorite bellydancer. He moves his body better than most women I know. I have taken 2 workshops from him and I learned more in his classes than I ever have in anyones. He has great teaching techniques. :)

I cant wait for him to come back to my area. :)
