This movement looks interesting- the problem I am having is seeing the hand change- could you do another video of this from the reverse angle so we can see the hand off behind the back?
@shantinath1000 I actually did shoot it from the back. But it did not turn out. I will shoot it again so you can see what I am doing in the back. This one is for my students who already train with me and know the move.
thanks for posting. i can personally say that indian clubs do improve shoulder mobility/flexibility.
