Ramsay is not a mental case. He is a very normal down to earth person. He seems like some kind of psycho at times, but when he also knows how to be the nicest guy in the world. He is always frustrated with the contestants because he is trying to discipline them & train them for the most part. Like he says in this video, it's not anger, I guess except the times where the cooks are being completely useless, but then he would have been shouting in the first place so that they wouldn't be like that.
