I still like to see this video once in a while as it's such a unique perspective, and a great tribute to the Vulcan's first restoration flight. Thanks again. :)
Top video! To hear the excitement in your voice is brilliant! I shed a tear that day and I wasn't even there....but this vid portrays the tension and anticipation... Thanks for posting!!
Bravo, lady Vulcan enthusiast! I've probably watched this video 25 times, not only to see again the first post-resto takeoff of XH558, but to hear again the sheer emotion and excitement in your voice as she spooled up and cleared the treeline on her climbout! This video so completely captures the way I would have felt had I been there that day. Thank you, dear.
I'm not related to Brits in anyway, but sill I get goosebumps every single time I watch this. Amazing!!!

Thanks. Yes I know that initial feeling of her first inflight appearance. Mixture of excitement, disbelief and many nostalgic memories.
Glad you liked it.

Nice one Brian - the only video to have caught the flashes of vapour over the wings as she turned to the east and went through clouds.
