Obviously this cat is very loved and taken care of, and to call this abuse is a bit much. BUT...it also obviously distresses the cat to have something taped to it's tail so it's not something I would do with my cats and call it fun or funny. But it's not like it went on for an hour, or the cat was in pain. I can tell you though, two young men were arrested in my hometown when they taped their mom's cat's front legs together and chased it around w/ a hair dryer, put the video on Facebook.

Obviously this cat is very loved and taken care of, and to call this abuse is a bit much. BUT...it also obviously distresses the cat to have something taped to it's tail so it's not something I would do with my cats and call it fun or funny. But it's not like it went on for an hour, or the cat was in pain. I can tell you though, two young men were arrested in my hometown when they taped their mom's cat's front legs together and chased it around w/ a hair dryer, put the video on Facebook.
